To the fullest extent permitted by law, Giftees is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Services. Our total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of content provided by merchants or other third parties.
